Two underwater clean-ups at Manoel Island by Coast is Clear
Coast is Clear organised two underwater clean-ups on the 5th and 6th April at the Manoel Island Marina and at Couvre Porte at Fort Manoel. On day one over 3,400Kgs of waste consisting of tyres, bottles, deck chairs, buckets, ropes, a bicycle and a boat amongst others were collected from the Marina area, while on day 2, a total of 210Kgs of metals and mixed waste were cleared from the seabed below the Fort.
